Need To Send Us Some Files?
OK, we all know how fun it is to send attachments via email. If it is smaller than a 2 page word document everything usually works fine, but when was the last time you sent something that small? With this is mind we have setup a FTP (file transfer protocol) process making it easier for our customers to send us files of any size. While many email clients can handle larger files, the process requires the files going through one or numerous servers before reaching the intended recipient. Our ftp solution is direct and ideal for sending us files of any size quickly and easily. Just review the instructions and then click on the link below.
Once you select the "SEND A FILE" button you will be taken to our Hightail page. Just fill out the form, choose your file (or folder) and then hit the “SEND IT” button and it will start uploading. Need to send us multiple files? First put all of the files you want to send to us into one folder. Next, compress that folder and then select that compressed folder to upload. Last, wait for the upload to complete, when using ftp it is important that you DO NOT close your browser window until the transfer is complete, if you do you will have to start over again.
Once your file transfer is complete we will get an email saying that we just received a file, but it is always a good idea to send us an email or give us a call at 916-641-1700 and let us know that you just uploaded a file and we will take it from there.

Clear communication is a critical component to our business. As such we find that the best way to make sure we clearly understand our customers needs for quotes, upcoming projects, and projects in process is through email.
